Free UK Delivery for orders over £30
SHIPPING POLICY
Customers with orders over £30 (after promotional codes and discounts) will enjoy free shipping in the UK . Shipping fees for orders under £30 in the UK is £2.99.
For orders outside the UK ( Europe and international orders) will be calculated in the checkout.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
If you need an item super quick then please contact us before ordering so we can try and speed up your order.
RETURN POLICY
Shanti naturals will gladly accept your returned items within 14 days of receipt.
Please email info@shantinaturals.co.uk for a full refund (less the postage costs), however returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
Faulty items
We pride ourselves on our exceptional quality, but if you do find a fault with your item, please inform us asap and return it to us for inspection. If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement or refund and will also refund your return postage costs, on proof of receipt.
